귀엽고 사랑스러운 치미 모양의 망고 케이크를 만들었어요~
망고 퓌레를 넣은 망고 버터크림과 생망고가 들어있어 망고 맛이 많이 나서 맛있답니다~^^
더운 날씨에는 생크림 보다는 버터크림이 모양 유지도 잘 되고 덜 녹아서 좋더라구요~
버터크림은 뽀얗고 풍성해질 때까지 충분히 휘핑을 해야 느끼하지 않고 맛있는 크림이 된답니다~~
BT21 캐릭터 중에 모양이 둥근 편인 치미 모양으로 케이크를 만들면 어울릴 것 같아 만들어보게 되었어요~
치미가 노랑색이라서 망고 생각이 딱 나서 망고 케이크로 만들었어요~
케이크 옆면까지 크림을 짜도 좋지만 치미 얼굴이 돋보이게 하고 싶어서 깔끔하게 마무리했어요~~
생 망고를 크게 넣어 자른 단면도 먹음직스럽고 예쁘더라구요~^^

▶재료

달걀 155g
설탕 90g
꿀 10g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
무염 버터 30g
우유 45g
박력분 100g

망고 200g
설탕 40g
레몬즙 5g

무염버터 300g
슈가파우더 250g
생크림 80g
바닐라익스트랙 5g

블랙 코코아파우더 7g
식용색소 (노랑,주황)
망고

▶레시피
1. 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비 위에 달걀이 담긴 볼을 올리고 설탕, 꿀, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 온도가 40도 정도가 될 때까지 저으며 섞는다.
2. 핸드믹서로 풍성한 아이보리색의 거품이 될 때까지 휘핑하고 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
3. 녹인 무염버터와 우유를 섞어 둔(온도 50~60도) 볼에 반죽의 조금을 덜어 넣고 섞고 본반죽에 넣고 섞은 뒤 18cm 틀에 붓고 기포정리를 한다.
4. 170도로 20분 정도 예열한 오븐에서 35분 정도 굽고 식힌 뒤 윗면을 잘라내고 3장으로 잘라 준비한다.
5. 3장의 시트를 겹쳐 놓고 치미 얼굴에 맞춰 시트를 자른다.
6. 망고와 설탕을 냄비에 넣고 저으며 끓인 뒤 어느정도 졸아들면 레몬즙을 넣고 섞어 마무리한다.
7. 망고 퓌레를 체에 내려 냉장실에서 차갑게 식힌다.
8. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 슈가파우더를 넣고 섞은 뒤 생크림, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 5분 이상 풍성해질 때까지 충분히 휘핑한다.
9. 크림을 2개의 볼에 덜어 담고 남은 크림에 망고 퓌레와 노랑, 주황 식용색소를 조금 넣고 섞는다.
10. 조금 덜어둔 크림에 블랙 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
11. 시트 1장을 돌림판에 올리고 흰 크림을 바르고 자른 망고를 올리고 흰 크림을 바르고 다른 시트 1장을 올린다.
12. 망고 크림을 바르고 마지막 시트를 올린 뒤 윗면과 옆면에 망고 크림을 매끄럽게 바른다.
13. 검정색의 크림으로 얼굴 모양의 라인을 짜고 남은 공간에 흰 크림과 노랑 크림을 짜고 초콜릿으로 그린 표정을 올려 마무리한다.

90g Sugar
10g Honey
2g Vanilla extract
30g Unsalted butter
45g Milk
100g Cake flour

200g Mango
40g Sugar
5g Lemon juice

300g Unsalted butter 
250g Powdered sugar
80g Whipping cream
5g Vanilla extract

7g Black cocoa Powder
Food coloring (yellow, orange)
Mango
