In their interview with MTV news, BTS shared their messages to their future selves
While some messages were funny, a few of them were more serious

RM, who will be 32 in 7 years, wishes that he’ll get his driver’s license by then
His message to his future self is: “Have you finally got your driver’s license? I hope so!”
Now that Jimin got his last year, RM is the only member who’s not allowed to drive yet

V’s only demand from his 31 years old future self is to be 1 cm taller
“Maybe you’re a little taller than 180 centimeters. I hope” he told his future self
According to RM, V wants to be 6ft tall
As V revealed: “I just need one more centimeter and then I’m there.”

In 7 years, Jin will be 34 years old
Since he’s the oldest BTS member, Jin’s message to his future self is to dance less.
“Don’t dance please. Your bones are so weak. So, don’t dance please. Don’t dance” he said
And while J-Hope, Jungkook and RM tried to encourage Jin, V, on the other side, agreed with him saying that Jin shouldn’t dance.

Jimin promised his 31 year old future self that he’ll keep doing his best, so that one day he can become who he wants to be.
And while working hard, he will make new great memories with the other members.

The only question J-Hope has for his future self is: “are you happy?”
The most important thing for J-Hope is to be happy, as he said: “Please, forever happy.”

Suga, who will be 33 in 7 years, wants his future self to be happy and healthy.
So, he sent himself a few words of wisdom: “Drink, maybe a little less”.

In 7 years Jungkook will be the only BTS member still in his 20s, as he will be only 29 years old.
Since he’s a born optimist, he already scolded his future self for failing to learn English:
“Hey, JK. Why didn’t study English? Please study English!”

The ‘Racist comments’ about BTS

A Howard Stern Show staffer was criticized for his racist comment about BTS.
Talking about BTS he said: “There’s no way those guys don’t have the coronavirus”
Which made listeners to issue complaints.
Even Stern condemned the comments as racist.
Stern said: “I’m super paranoid about diseases and germs, but you came off as racist”
As always: be nice, be like BTS

So, a fun little review on BTS’ new album was floating around my timeline…I needed to respond to it.
