On Sept. 1, Billboard officially announced BTS’ latest single ‘Dynamite’ as the Billboard Hot 100 chart’s newest champion. Regarding the news, President Moon Jae-in said Tuesday that BTS had written a “new chapter in K-pop history” and added, “It is truly amazing. It is a splendid feat that further raises pride in K-pop.”
