On January 7 BTS announced the release date for their new album Map of the Soul:7.
It was officially announced on Weverse and Twitter.
But what confused fans was a mysterious tweet that was posted on BTS’s twitter account because it was deleted shortly after.
This made fans wonder: was it a mistake, or a hidden message?
“I think there are only three reasons to delete a tweet only comprised of the number 7
1. By accident
2. It’s some kind of clue
3. To confuse us” tweeted a fan.
While other fans philosophized and developed theories about the mysterious tweet:
“what if bts deleted the tweet because map of the soul: 7 is going to be ab the dark side of fame and how everything is fleeting — therefore you can’t trust anything… not even urself.
did u really see that tweet? or are u just so convinced that you did that u believe u have?”
Anyway, Map of the Soul: 7 will be released on February 21 and pre-orders begin on January 9.
Jungkook’s apology
Jungkook spoke about his false dating rumors.
As most of you already know, a picture of Jungkook hugging his friend was leaked online a few months ago.
Some people started speculating and spreading rumors that he might have a girlfriend.
But this turned out to be false.
During Bon Voyage 4 Jungkook apologized for all this:
“Before I say anything else, first of all, I think I should mention that I’m very sorry to the fans. I still feel guilty about it.”
“To be honest, I thought, can I really laugh and joke around here?”
“This thought crossed my mind quite often.”
He also made a promise:
“I just want to say that I won’t let you down.”
This melted army’s hearts :
“still crying at the fact that jungkook literally apologized to us and said that he didn’t know if he deserved to laugh during bv4 because of what happened,, he deserves nothing but happiness and he has literally no reason to apologize for what happened :(“
Tweeted a fan
As always: Be nice, be like BTS
