※ 주의 ※
설탕을 150℃ 이상의 높은 온도까지 끓이기 때문에 화상의 위험이 매우 높습니다.(설탕은 일반 물과 달라서 피부에 닿으면 잘 떨어지지도 않아 더 위험합니다.) 설탕반죽도 끓인 온도에 비하면 낮지만 그래도 매우 뜨겁습니다. 저도 고무장갑 안에 면장갑 두 개를 덧대 작업을 하고 있습니다. 요즘 따라 해보고 싶다는 질문을 많이 받는데 혹시나 따라 하시다가 다치실까 봐 걱정입니다. 특히 어린 친구들은 만약에 한다면 꼭!!! 보호자분과 함께 하시길 권장합니다.
