MERDEKA.COM -Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika (Menkominfo) Budi Arie Setiadi menjalani serah terima jabatan dengan Menko Polhukam Mahfud MD di Kominfo, Senin (17/7). Ada sejumlah rencana ke depan yang akan dilakukan. Termasuk instruksi Presiden Jokowi terkait arahan Pemilu damai.

Budi mengaku sudah banyak protes setelah dilantik Jokowi sebagai menteri. Namun, dia yakin tetap optomis menghadapi tantangan.

Ketua relawan Jokowi Projo ini juga mengingatkan agar jajaran tetap maksimal dalam bekerja meski Kominfo tengah terkena masalah. Salah satunya terkait kasus korupsi BTS yang menetapkan Johnny G Plate sebagai tersangka di Kejagung. “Yang bermasalah biarlah berurusan dengan masalahnya,” tegas Budi Arie.
