Someone SOLD Jungkook’s lost hat

Netizens found a post online made by a person trying to sell a hat for almost $7000, that they claim used to belong to Jungkook.

According to the person, Jungkook left the hat behind at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2021 and the person got it because they are a government employee.

In the online post, the person reveals they obtained the hat in September 2021,

They found it when BTS paid a confidential visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make their passports and Jungkook left it in the waiting area.

“The ownership now belongs to the person who found it” claims the seller.

But that’s not exactly how the law works in South Korea.

The ownership of the lost item can only be transferred to the finder if the original owner is unidentifiable.
But in this case, we know that it belongs to Jungkook…

So the seller has no right to sell Jungkook’s hat.

Well, that only if the seller is not lying and the hat actually used to belong to Jungkook.

What we do know is that Jungkook actually owns one of those hats, but it’s not hard to purchase, since it can easily be purchased online.

And it looks like somebody already bought the hat, since it’s been marked as sold.
