BTS Rap Monster Reveals The American Show He Watched To Learn English | Kossip News

Currently BTS is on tour in United States and Rap Monster has been impressing fan with his English language skills.

Recently in an interview in the US the BTS star was asked how he learned English so well and revealed he taught himself English by watching episodes of the popular American show Friends.

“‘Friends’ was really famous for the mothers in Korea for English education,” He explained in the interview
“It was kind of like a syndrome. Korean mothers make their kids watch ‘Friends’ even when they were eating food or playing. “I think it really helped. It has like 10 seasons, I think, and I watched it like more than five times through the 10 seasons. They use the gestures and expressions, like, Americans use, right? I think that naturally teaches me how to speak or how to make a gesture when you try to express some emotions.

Wow, how cool is that? Watching shows in another language is an amazing way to learn and one I can definitely relate to – 10 seasons of k-drama anyone can’t I get a witness?
