Meet Alexander Brangman, the loving father of Jewel Brangman, who appeared in BTS’ 2014 reality show “American Hustle Life” and predicted they’d be superstars one day.
As we all know, Jewel was absolutely right, but tragically, she died later that year when a faulty airbag in her rental car exploded, and never got to see BTS become the biggest band in the world.
Her dad Alexander talks to me about how Jewel got the chance to feature on BTS’ “American Hustle Life” and what she thought about the boys during this early stage in their career. He also talks about Takata, the airbag manufacturer that caused her death, and what became the biggest automotive recall in U.S. history.
