Рецепт

● Печенье
– 135 гр Сахарной пудры
– 145 гр Несоленого масла
– 1/2 Чайной ложки соли
– 1 Яйцо
– 1 Чайная ложка экстракта ванили (Vanilla extract)
– 320 гр Муки для выпечки
– Охлаждать в течение 1 часа
– Выпекать при 175 ℃ в течение 20 минут
●Глазурь
– 180 гр Сахарной пудры
– 1 Чайная ложка лимонного сока
– 1 Яичный белок (42 грамма)
– Пищевой краситель
