T-Swift, BTS and MORE Put On Epic Performances At Voice Finale!

What do you get when you mix the Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, Halsey AND BTS performing together in one place? One epic singing competition finale and some serious FOMO…

What’s up guys, it’s Sussan Mourad back here on Clevver News, and not only did last night’s finale of The Voice crown a winner, but with every star-studded performer taking the stage, NBC could’ve dubbed the 2-hour episode its own music festival.

OK, first things first, a MAJOR congrats to Team John as Maelyn Jarmon from John Legend’s team took home the gold in an epic battle against Team Blake. BUT YOU GUYS, we have to talk about these performances. Kicking things off with yet another sparkly, glittery, butterfly, straight out of our dreams performance was Taylor Swift and Brendon Urie!.

Backed by a dozen dancers and a giant sequin butterfly backdrop, these two seriously brought the ‘FUN’ in ‘FINALE’…. Ok you get what I mean.

And although BTS’ performance was no surprise, the BTS ARMY was in full effect, once again blowing out the ear drums of the millions who tuned into the finale last night. The seven KPop members took to the stage one at a time decked out in black and white suits with the words “LOVE” spelled out in neon behind them as they performed their smash hit “Boy With Luv”.

Although The Voice actually faced a slew of backlash following last week’s live semi-finals after promoting an announcement from BTS that ended up not airing, tensions died down when it was confirmed that the band would be performing.

And finally in their epic return, The JoBros did not disappoint as they performed during last night’s finale as the three brothers hit the stage to perform their new single “Cool” off their forthcoming album Happiness Begins.

The guys gave off some serious summer vibes as they took to the stage covered in colorful palm trees, pool floaties and just all-around ‘coolness’.

Halsey also took the stage to perform her newest single “Nightmare” after descending from the ceiling, and, just performing like the all-around badass she is.

Other performers from last night included Hootie & The Blowfish, Sarah McLachlan, Toby Keith and Travis Tritt who all performed with The Voice contestants, and if you haven’t seen these performances, prepare to add them to your iTunes playlists like, yesterday. There’s a reason these singers all made it so far, lemme tell ya.
