Production background
In 2019, BTS rose to the top of the world as the “21st century Beatles.” At their Saudi Arabia concert in October, they went on to change the strict rules of women not being able to enter pop acts held by foreign artists, going beyond cultures and borders to establish the K-pop brand. The global phenomenon and the secret to BTS’s success and popularity are being studied by the academic world, creating a “Bangtan Phenomenon” which is becoming a global keyword.
Production purpose and summary
For BTS fans, the members have two birthdays. The days they were born, and the day the group BTS was created. 2019 was an amazing year for BTS, with member V wrapping up the year with his birthday on December 30, and to celebrate, their fans from around the world have begun a mega project where they were decorate each and every subway station in Seoul with V’s face.

BTS 팬들에게는 두 개의 생일이 있다. 태어난 생일과 BTS를 만나 새로운 인생이 시작된 생일. 2019년 한해를 그 어느 때보다도 화려하게 보냈을 BTS, 그 중 한해를 마감하는 12월 30일 태어난 멤버 V(태형)의 생일에 맞춰 서울지하철 전 노선을 V의 얼굴로 일제히 장식하는 해외 팬들의 초특급 프로젝트가 진행된다.
BTS를 움직이는 힘인 아미(Army:팬클럽). 이들 중 누군가는 때마침 12월 30일에 함께 태어난 뷔의 존재를 알게 됨으로써 청춘의 고민과 방황으로부터 새롭게 거듭났을까. 본 프로젝트는 K-pop의 아이콘이 국경과 문화를 넘어선 글로벌 청년들의 삶에 미치는 ‘진짜 이야기’에 주목하고자 한다.
