BTS’ arms TWISTED…
A ceremony was held on July 19 at the HYBE headquarters where the BTS members received plaques for being honorary ambassadors at the World EXPO 2030 BUSAN.
The members will act as ambassadors to promote Korean culture.
However, many viewers were angered as they watched BTS be named ambassadors. This is due to the fact that several of the politicians and officials there would abruptly lift the member’s arms, twisting them in the process.
The BTS members were obviously uncomfortable in these situations since they were not prepared to have their arms raised in such a manner.
Some fans commented:
I really don’t get why they are doing that, that’s so annoying,”
And “They did it even without a warning,” “V looks so uncomfortable”
