I attended the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics G-100 K-Pop Concert at Gwanghwamun Plaza in Seoul.
This was my first time witnessing ARMYs & EXOLs interactions in Korea & it was amazing! Since the crowd was mixed fandoms, I was in between a lot ARMYs & EXOLs. There was no drama at all from my point of view. There were actually a group of girls in front of me who were friends. 2 were EXOLs and the other was an ARMY! As soon as BTS were done performing, they were laughing with her and asked her if she was okay cause she was fangirling hard. Their interactions were cute!
Other than that, it was upsetting to see EXO Lightsticks Ver.2 not working properly. I’m very disappointed with the staff in charge of it. Since lightsticks weren’t working, other fandoms joined in using lightsticks that were given during the event. To be honest, the whole event wasn’t as organized. People were losing their seats since the crowd scooted closer to the stage and moved chairs. The staff was trying to accommodate people by bringing in more chairs but it was all over the place. They did their best to handle the situation.
