Jimin received death threats, HYBE is panicking
I’ve read an article titled “BTS’ Jimin receives death threat from an anonymous account & it’s really scary!” Which talks about a person who posted threats towards Jimin on Instagram.
That hater basically said they want to harm Jimin because he stands between V and Jungkook’s love… or something like that.
Obviously that person is either a very young kid or just unwell…
So I don’t think armies have a real reason to worry about Jimin’s wellbeing.
And I’m sure BigHit takes BTS’ safety very seriously, especially since they’ve received death threats in the past.
And now, why is HYBE panicking…
HYBE’ stocks lost more than half their value in the past 12 months.
A reason for that is the fact that HYBE depends mostly on BTS for the income of the company, and the members won’t be able to produce music together any more since they will have to do their military service.
To fix their dependency on BTS, HYBE started actively investing into AI and other IT technologies, and it’s still unclear if this will work.
But I’m sure HYBE will do just fine.
