JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Kejagung memastikan sudah mengantongi bukti cukup untuk menjadikan Plate sebagai tersangka.

Peran Jhonny G Plate cukup besar sebagai menteri dan pengguna anggaran.

Dirdik Jampidsus Kejagung, Kuntadi, menyebut Johnny G Plate menjadi tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi proyek BTS 4G, sesuai dengan temuan bukti hukum dan kerugian negara yang mencapai Rp 8 triliun.

Kejagung memastikan peran Plate cukup besar di program BTS Kominfo sejak tahun 2021, terkait posisinya sebagai menteri dan pengguna anggaran.

Kenikmatan yang Dirasakan bila Tower BTS 4G Tak Dikorupsi

Menkominfo Johnny G Plate resmi ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi proyek Base Transceiver Station (BTS) 4G dan infrastruktur pendukung 1, 2, 3, 4, dan 5 Bakti Kominfo tahun 2020-2022, Rabu (17/5/2023) lalu.

Padahal, pemerintah sudah membuat rancangan anggaran sebesar Rp 28 triliun untuk menjalankan proyek tersebut.

Sebanyak Rp 10 triliun di antaranya digelontorkan untuk membangun 1.200 tower BTS 4G dalam jangka waktu 2020-2021.

Mahfud MD: 985 Tower Proyek BTS 4G Kominfo Mangkrak

Menko Polhukam, Mahfud MD menyebut tower proyek base transceiver station (BTS) 4G Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo) mangkrak.
Hal itu diketahui ketika Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) memeriksa keberadaan tower BTS itu melalui satelit.
Mahfud MD mengatakan dalam kurun waktu Desember 2021 hingga Maret 2023, pembangunan tower BTS 4G ditargetkan 4.800 tower.
Namun, hingga saat ini hanya ada 985 tower BTS 4G yang telah dibangun, itupun tidak bisa digunakan.
